Ms. Terry Fletcher, joins us in her 22nd year in Healthcare. She is the Executive Chair of the Local Chapters Board of Directors for American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), as well as a previous National Advisory Board member. Terry is a McVey Seminar Leader, as well as an educator for The Coding Institute and Medlearn Inc. She teaches over 100 specialty coding seminars every year and is an on-site practice consultant for physician offices around the country. in Office Administration, is a Certified Multi-specialty Coding Specialist

of Professional Coders, and has made a career in physicians' offices
and successful instruction on insurance over the past 25 years. From

Arlene Morrow, C.M.S.C.S.,

As a Certified Professional Coder (AAPC) and Certified Medical Manager
(PAHCOM) she has developed individualized coding and reimbursement
training sessions for multiple physician offices, medical groups and
clinics. With her hands-on experience in clinical and administrative

Kathleen A. Mueller,

and physician practice management over the past 26 years. From her
work in both the hospital and physician office setting, to on-site
management, Kathleen's experience is vast. Attendees have the opportunity

C.P.C. is an administrator, coder, biller and management consultant

in AAPC in support of fellow office managers, as well as certification

Michael G. Warshaw,
DPM, CPODCS, is a practicing podiatrist and a certified coder with
over 25 years of successful coding, management, and training experience
for podiatric practices. His national and local views come from active

being a certified podiatric coding specialist, and years of serving
as a national lecturer concerning coding issues. He has the additional
