Terry A. Fletcher, BS, CPC, CCC, CEMC, CCS, CCS-P, CMC, CMSCS, ACS-CA, SCP-CA, QMGC, QMCRC, QMPM, is a 30+ year Healthcare Coding Consultant, Educator and Auditor based in California. Ms. Fletcher is a Coding Educator for McVey Seminars,  AAPC, AHIMA, ICD10University and NSCHBC. Terry holds a bachelor’s degree (BS) in economics, and multiple certifications coding. Her coding specialties include: Cardiology, PV, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, Practice Management, E/M Auditing and TelehealthServices. Terry hosts a weekly CodeCast® Podcast.

Arlene Morrow, CPC, CMM, CMSCS, has served the healthcare industry for over 42 years as a Business Office manager, Practice Manager and Consultant  based in Tampa, Florida.  She is nationally known speaker.  Arlene was a presenter at multiple national conferences such as: American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), American Gastroenterological Association (AGA), North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition (NASPGHAN) and Professional Association of Healthcare Office Managers (PAHCOM).  As a McVey Seminar leader for 27 years, she has authored many multi-specialty coding books and worked with hundreds of practices nationwide with specific expertise in OB/GYN, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics and Pulmonary Critical Care.   She is also the Healthcare Coding Consultant for the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG).

Rhonda Granja, B.S., C.P.C., C.M.A.  is an administrator, coder, biller and management consultant with 24 years of successful work in varied healthcare practices.  From Medicare "Part B" side, administrator in private practice, "fighting it out" with insurances, consulting with varied specialties on-site, and active membership in AAPC & MGMA in support of fellow office managers, she has a rich background.  From a practice consulting business to continuing on-site management, Rhonda's experience is unique and comprehensive.  Attendees, or consulting clients, have the opportunity of learning solutions to their insurance problems from "real world" experience, both in Rhonda's instruction and the "on-site networking" in our specialty only workshops.  Ms. Granja is committed to assisting medicine oriented specialty practices in taking charge; to stop being "controlled" by patients, insurance companies, managed care and governmental agencies.   Please join with your fellow Medical Specialty offices for her unique seminar day discovering solutions together.

Kathleen A. Mueller, RN, CPC, CCS-P, CMGC, CMSCS, PCS, CCC, is a national consultant with over 35 years’ experience in healthcare. This includes ICU/CCU nursing, physician office administration, GI claims submission and adjudication, plus seminar instruction, practice evaluations, compliance reviews and on-site consulting work in hundreds of offices.  Mrs. Mueller is the President of AskMueller Consulting, LLC, as well as a nationally recognized speaker and author of many multi-specialty medical and surgical coding workbooks with a special emphasis on Gastroenterology.  She has lectured at several Gastroenterology Outlook (GO) and GI Coding courses for the AGA, and ASGE.  Her company which is staffed by all certified coders with gastroenterology specific credentials is also contracted with ASGE to support the coding hotline.  She has also been a lecturer for other organizations such as the North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition (NASPGHAN), ACG, and presented multiple times at Digestive Disease Week (DDW).  Kathy is an Editor of the ASGE Gastroenterology Coding Primer and also writes a coding column for ASGE and NASPGHAN.

Michael G. Warshaw, DPM, CPC, CPODCS, COCS, CSFAC, FACPM, is a practicing podiatrist and a certified coder with over 25 years of successful coding, management, and training  experience for podiatric practices, and a Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Orthopedics & Medicine. His national and local views come from active participation as a practicing podiatrist,  having the distinction of being a certified podiatric coding specialist, and years of serving as a national lecturer concerning coding issues. Dr. Warshaw's experience is unique and comprehensive. He has the advantage of being an "Expert Witness" in all facets of the Medicare Appeals Process. This unique prospective provides attendees the opportunity of learning solutions to their insurance and coding problems from "real world" experience, both in Dr. Warshaw's instruction and the Q & A in this specialty only workshop. Dr. Warshaw is committed to assist podiatric practices in learning to code appropriately,  obtain the proper reimbursement,  and to avoid the wrath of the carriers by coding and subsequently billing in an appropriate fashion.

Kristin Vaughn, CPC, QMGC, CPMA, ICDCT-CM, CMSCS, is a national consultant with over 15 years of coding and billing experience.  This includes Gastroenterology, Pulmonary, Critical Care, Immunology/ Rheumatology, Hematology, and Hospitalist specialties in a teaching university environment plus seminar instruction and on-site consulting.  She currently is a full time consultant/trainer with AskMueller Consulting, LLC.  Her presentations have included organizations such as AGA and ASGE.  She is a Certified Profession Medical Auditor and Certified ICD-10 trainer.  She is one of the contributing authors of the ASGE Coding Primer and a co-author of several workbooks and programs specific to Gastroenterology.
