Dawn R. Cloud, CPC, CMSCS, CHCI, and CPOM, She has 26 years’ experience in the Medical Industry. She is a Certified Professional Coder through AAPC since 1999, and holds a multi-specialty credential, Certified Instructor
credential, and a certified Office Manager credential through PAHCS since 2003. She has been published in PAHCS newsletters and Family Practice Coding Advisor. She currently works teaching Coding Compliance and Consulting for Specialists. Her specialties cover the gamut of medicine and surgery.

Terry A. Fletcher BS, CPC, CCC, CEMC, SCP-CA, ACS-CA, CCS-P, CCS, CMSCS, CMC, CMCS, QMPM is a Healthcare Coding & Reimbursement Consultant and Auditor based in California. With over 30-years experience, Ms. Fletcher is an Editorial Board Member for, a coding educator for McVey Seminars, MGMA, Audio Educator, AAPC, AHIMA, Medlearn Inc., Medical Management Institute and her company Terry Fletcher Consulting, Inc., teaching over 100 specialty Coding Seminars and Webinars every year. Terry is a CDI and coding auditor for many medical practices and hospitals around the country. Terry holds a bachelor’s degree (BS) in economics, multiple certifications in CPT and ICD-10-CM coding. Arlene Morrow, CPC, CMM, CMSCS has served the healthcare industry for over 40 years with experience as a Business Office manager, Practice Administrator and Consultant. She is owner of AM Associates based in Tampa, FL, a consulting firm that specializes in conducting individualized coding and reimbursement training programs for hundreds of physician practices, medical groups and clinics nationwide. As a McVey Seminar leader for 20 years, she is a nationally recognized speaker and author of many multi-specialty coding and reimbursement workbooks.

Rhonda Granja, B.S., C.P.C., C.M.A. is an administrator, coder, biller and management consultant with 24 years of successful work in varied healthcare practices. From Medicare "Part B" side, administrator in private practice, "fighting it out" with insurances, consulting with varied specialties on-site, and active membership in AAPC & MGMA in support of fellow office managers, she has a rich background. Kathleen A. Mueller, RN, CPC, CCS-P, CGCS, CMSCS, PCS, CCC, is a national consultant with over 35 years’ experience in healthcare. This includes ICU/CCU nursing, physician office administration, GI claims submission and adjudication, plus seminar instruction, practice evaluations, compliance reviews and on-site consulting work in hundreds of offices. Mrs. Mueller is the President of AskMueller Consulting, LLC, as well as a nationally recognized speaker and author of many multi-specialty medical and surgical coding workbooks with a special emphasis on Gastroenterology. She has lectured at several Gastroenterology Outlook (GO) and GI Coding courses for the AGA, and ASGE. Her company which is staffed by all certified coders with gastroenterology specific credentials is also contracted with ASGE to support the coding hotline. She has also been a lecturer for other organizations such as the North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition (NASPGHAN), ACG, and presented multiple times at Digestive Disease Week (DDW). Kathy is an Editor of the ASGE Gastroenterology Coding Primer and also writes a coding column for ASGE and NASPGHAN.

Michael G. Warshaw, DPM, CPC, FACFAOM, is a practicing podiatrist and a certified coder with
over 25 years of successful coding, management, and training experience for podiatric practices. His
national and local views come from active participation as a practicing podiatrist, having the
distinction of being a certified podiatric coding specialist, and years of serving as a national lecturer
concerning coding issues. Dr. Warshaw's experience is unique and comprehensive. He has the
additional advantage of being an "Expert Witness" in all facets of the Medicare Appeal Process,
having participated in "Redeterminations," "Reconsiderations," "Administrative Law Judge Hearings," and the actual court system. This unique prospective provides attendees the opportunity of learning solutions to their insurance and coding problems from "real world" experience, both in Dr. Warshaw's instruction and the " on-site networking" in this specialty only workshop. Dr. Warshaw is committed to assist podiatric practices in learning to code appropriately, obtain the proper reimbursement, and to avoid the wrath of the carriers by coding and subsequently billing in an appropriate fashion.

Kristin Vaughn, CPC, CGCS, CPMA, ICDCT-CM, CMSCS, is a national consultant with over 15 years of coding and billing experience.  This includes Gastroenterology, Pulmonary, Critical Care, Immunology/ Rheumatology, Hematology, and Hospitalist specialties in a teaching university environment plus seminar instruction and on-site consulting.  She currently is a full time consultant/trainer with AskMueller Consulting, LLC.  Her presentations have included organizations such as AGA and ASGE.  She is a Certified Profession Medical Auditor and Certified ICD-10 trainer.  She is one of the contributing authors of the ASGE Coding Primer and a co-author of several workbooks and programs specific to Gastroenterology.
